Samsung blu ray player troubleshooting no sound

Jan 03, 2019 · With the blu ray player the sound will go out and when leaving the app there will be no sound on anything and i have to turn the xbox off and and back on for the sound to work again. If I keep turning it off and on I can sometimes get the disc to play sound. Im wanting to know what the problem is and how to fix it so i dont have to keep jumping
